We loved the spacious king suite and the convenient central location near the town center during our stay.

The rooms are tidy with good beds, and the staff are very nice. Nice touch to have central heating, iron and ironing board. It has excellent and good location very close to town centre.

The staff at Regency Hall Smart Cheltenham Ensuite Rooms C are kind and helpful. the location is central, close to attractions, the town center, and local shops. the WiFi worked well during my stay. Don't forget to visit nearby Dolce and Salato for the best coffee ever.

This place comes highly recommended and I would definitely stay here again, the suite had all the basic facilities needed.

The location of this accommodation is fantastic, with it being just a short walk away from the pedestrian mall and offering a nice view of the escarpment. the concierge, a really nice young guy, was extremely helpful throughout my stay, even carrying my bag up three flights of stairs. the shower had good pressure and actually drained properly.

The customer service at the hotel was less than satisfactory. Staff members were rude and unhelpful, and the communication was poor.
